Child-Centered Approach: Our philosophy revolves around the belief that children are naturally curious and capable of self-directed learning.
Prepared Environment: The environment at our academy is carefully designed to promote exploration, independence, and discovery. It includes age-appropriate materials and activities that encourage hands-on learning.
Individualized Learning: Teachers observe each child's interests, strengths, and challenges, and tailor their guidance and support to meet the unique needs of every child.

A day in the life as a Busy Bee
Busy as bees, it is a non-stop party all day long. We start our day off with meetings and move into our daily routines, including but not limited to: outdoor play, games, art enrichment, yoga, music and movement, one-on-one work, sensory activities, songs, dancing, and weekly theme activities. Phew...told you our days are busy!

Our staff
What we all ultimately want is to drop our child off and know they are being nurtured, loved, and led in a positive manner. We believe that educating young minds is a very important responsibility. For this reason, Busy Bees Academy hires teachers who are passionate about working with children. Our teachers hold either associate's degrees, bachelor's degrees, or certifications in early childhood education. Our staff actively keeps up with the latest research in early childhood education and attends professional development programs, all with the goal of giving your children the quality education they deserve in their early years. At the end of the day, we welcome staff members that know how to have fun, appreciate a mess, and do not mind a very busy job. It is our hope that our employees feel the same as our families feel when joining our hive.
